SVCC ANNUAL BANQUET AND SALON 2017

The SVCC Annual Banquet and Salon will be held at Millwood Presbyterian Church in the basement at 3223 N. Marguerite in Millwood.

Directions:  Head north on Argonne from I-90 or Trent.  Turn left at Euclid (signal on north of Millwood rail tracks).  Go west a couple of blocks to corner of Marguerite and Euclid.  You will see church and look for door to basement

Social at 5:30 and dinner at 6:00 PM

    Menu:

  • Chicken Alfredo, Lasagna, green salad, roll, cheesecake.  Arrangements can be made for vegetarian and gluten-free meals.    
  • Drinks: Iced tea, lemonade.
  • This is event is non-alcohol and SVCC has chosen not to obtain a liquor permit.

Price is $22.00 each and includes tax and gratuity.  Please submit your reservation so it is received by May 27, 2017.

SVCC Special Program: San Miguel de Allende

On Monday, May 1st, Fred and Cynthia Betts are going to present a program on San Miguel de Allende, Mexico. San Miguel is located in the mountainous central region of Mexico in the “county” of Guanajuato. It forms a triangle with Mexico City to the south and Guadalajara to the west. Founded in 1540, it is a UNESCO World Heritage Site known for its Spanish-American architecture.
